Mark was a great help. Honest and offered awesome advice. They couldnt help me with my specific issue due to my trailers age but, he made sure to offer a referral to someone who could and also offered to supply parts as needed for my repair.
We bought a truck camper and had them install a full solar setup. We took it back to them for some hiccups with the solar and to get the unit winterized . Each time we got the seals checked and work done . Unfortunately we got water in the unit over the winter . We took it back and they worked tirelessly to repair with direction from the manufacturer. We had an EXCELLENT customer service experience with Brittany at Camp-Out RV. Our brake had decided to stop working as we were leaving Waterloo Ontario and heading West. We contacted Blue Ox, they contacted Brittany who had one in stock and was willing to swap it out. Brittany stayed with us in the parking lot until we were sure the replacement worked perfectly. We were back on the road! Thank you Brittany and Camp-Out Rv and Blue Ox!
