My fiancé, myself and our 3 kids went to Camp Out RV's open house a few weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience, the sales people let us roam and look through trailers and when we needed them for questions they were there to help. John was amazing, he even made sure our kids were occupied while we were in the financial office with Ron. It was the after sale that wasn't so great. We purchased a trailer through Camp-Out RV from an RV show. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and worked with us to make our sale happen. They communicate well so far and their customer service seems good.
We purchased an RV from Camp Out this spring. The sales, purchase and pick-up process were all so smooth and supportive. Where they really shine though is the service we’ve gotten once we’ve started using the trailer! We had an issue/questions about the furnace and all we had to do was call their service department. They walked us through some troubleshooting. They really took their time in supporting us and not once did it feel rushed or that we were putting them out.
