Our son Brandon has been going to EJ for a few years. Coach EJ always has a smile on his face and brings positivity and hard work to all he trains. The transformation over time was evident. It wasn't always easy to get out to his gym but always worth it when we could. Can't recommend his guidance enough. Go see him ASAP.
I could write a book about coach Ej , but i will try to keep it short. He is the GOAT when it comes to training his athletes, kids, & adult fitness. Ej is very passionate, encouraging, supportive, of anyone that’s walks in his gym. He wants to always always see you do your best and he will push you to it. My daughter has been going to CNPT for two years now and the difference in when she has been training with EJ and when she has taken a break are night and day. He caters all sessions to his athletes specifically, balancing a mix of agility modalities, plyometrics, and strengthening exercises to make the most of the time his athletes spend with him. I cannot recommend EJ and his expertise in growing elite athletes enough!
