Checked in for a two night stay at Camp Lucy. Unfortunately, it was pouring down rain with no end in sight when we arrived. Our room was not ready yet, we were a bit early, and check in wasn’t until 4:00. Pool was closed due to the rain and the only bar on the property?? was also closed- since it’s by the pool. So we waited in our car in the parking lot until deciding we were going to cancel our stay. The atmosphere is pure heaven. From the minute you arrive at the property you can feel your blood pressure drop. Beautiful setting in the Hill Country, gorgeous rooms, beautiful pool area and great dining on the premise. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!
