Dr. Guzman's first impression was as kind and cautious. My MRI, required to confirm my story, was 2 days later. Once the MRI was done, it was less than 3 days later to have seen Dr. Guzman and been treated. The injection was completely successful, relieving 100% of my pain within hours. Dr. Guzman offered a self-pay option that expedited my relief versus using my insurance company's mandated stall thru weeks of physical therapy. Her price for the self-pay is extremely reasonable. From the moment you make your appt until the moment you check out the employees actually make you feel like you matter and you aren't just another name and dollar sign on their books. Starting with a friendly and helpful front desk staff can make such a difference when you are just looking for help during a tough time.
