Joining this group has been the best thing I’ve ever done. The workouts are tough but fair. The trainers are tough as well but very accommodating to make sure you don’t injure yourself and modify any exercises you can’t perform safely. They push you to your limits but encourage you the entire way. They quickly become family and hold you accountable by sending workout reminders and encouraging messages after tough workouts. Join this group! You’ll thank yourself later!!
I have fully enjoyed my experience with Camp Gladiator Deer Park/Pasadena all the instructors are awesome and really work hard to help you reach your goals!!
The workouts are fun and almost never the same. It's exciting walking into camp wondering what you're getting yourself into. Geri is a great/fun personal trainer. The camaderie with the rest of the camp is very supportive!
Love our trainer. Always feel welcomed and cared for. I'm pushed. I'm complimented. I'm encouraged. I am super excited to be a part of CG and not a gym.
