If I could give less than one star I would. I am dissatisfied with the training options near me. The closest one is 9.8 miles from me which is 35-45 min. They’re refusing to cancel my membership bc it’s less than 10 miles. I have expressed my concerns to multiple representative and they all refuse. If someone is dissatisfied if the services they are paying for why can’t they let me cancel.
Overall I liked the convenience of camp gladiator, and the trainers are really good, however Camp Galdiator corporate is a pain to deal with. You won’t be able to get anyone on the phone if you have a concern. They only allow chat. I have been a member of CG for 3 years and last fall was convinced I could lower my monthly bill by $10 if I signed up for the 12 month contract. Beware of the trainers here at Camp Gladiator. They are predators and prey on wives they train. Cory Ballance was married and had an affairs with a married client. His supervisor Kyle Graham says that is perfectly fine having this trainer continue to represent the Camp Gladiator brand. Be sure to search TikTok for Camp Gladiator Affair…. Video dropping soon.
