This was a great place when Jamie (provider) and Elana (nurse) were there. The care was great. Since they left it seems they can't keep providers. They change about every 3 months. The big issue is that if you call for a refill or you need something they should be able to get for you, they make you come in for a new appointment every time. We are dealing with an important issue right now involving my grandson.
The nurse is not very friendly...she has no humor. However the people who work under her is so amazing and wonderful! When I have to pretty much beg for my results...after waiting 3 weeks..for blood work. -1star no humor nurse, it feels like she don't like her job. -1star for waiting forever for results and when they should tell u when they get it. +3stars for everything else. Clean, Very kind and caring receptionist. And the workers that help weigh you and check blood pressure is amazing!!! So very friendly!!
