Hands down the Worst company to work for ,terrible training, shady commission pay structure and some of the most underquafiled managers on earth ,if you want to survive you better live in Texas join the good old boys club, do not let them recruit you as they will just turn on you for no reason and close down branches to keep their corporate jobs .
