Sam has been one of my favorite trainers for years. He consistently prepares a strong and effective workout. I can always count on a solid program when I book his class.

Very few things will get me up at 4am. Katie Butlers classes is one of them. She is a highly talented coach. Her workouts are intense and she knows just what to say to encourage people to push past their limits without going too far. I really appreciate it and have seen a lot of growth in myself from taking her classes consistently.
