This is a medium rare steak I ordered for lunch. Its well done at best. Halfway through chewing this thing, the amazing server asked if she could take it back. I worked restaurants years ago so I told her no. I didnt want the kitchen to remake a steak as there is a huge difference between med rare and well done. I couldn't get halfway through it.
