Great customer service and care!
2 stars because I do like this place and my dog loves it however we will never set foot back in here. My dog was there 4/4-4/7. When I picked up my dog on 4/7 I noticed he had a wound on his back. I called the next day to let them know, they told me they would look into it. I received a call a short while later saying that he came with it and it came off while he was playing with other dogs. I don't remember him having a wound on his back, I wouldn't have taken him there if there was a wound on his back, but I just let it go... read more
I love the staff at Camp Bow Wow. I know that when I leave Sasha with them she is in very good hands. I highly recommend any dog parent who loves their dog and is looking for a great dog daycare. They are an excellent choice.
Our pup always has a great time here. Great prices and love that I can check in on her with their pup cams.
Day camp is the highlight of Blue's week! It's fantastic for his socialization and energy levels. The staff are wonderful, and he clearly has the best time. Highly recommend!
