Camp Bow Wow is great and always so clean. I really love the webcam feature and the staff are friendly and great with my dogs!
Camp Bow Wow is amazing! My dog got a few scratches from playing rough and they sent me a text immediately to let me know what happened. They are always looking out for our dog! Great staff.
Brought my dog for 2 night stay at a private boarding room with cameras. Most of the time she was locked inside her room with very minimal dog interaction and playtime. She had diarrhea and vomited during her stay and the employee didn’t even mentioned it if I didn’t ask. I kept calling and left messages but did not get any call back or updates. Their excuse was they’re understaffed. Bad experience not just for my dog but for our family as well seeing her so helpless
