My experience at Camp Bow Wow has been nothing but positive. Everyone is friendly and takes a personal interest in your dog's care. I have used several of their services, including Dog Daycare, Boarding and Training. When I dropped my two puppies off for their Camper interview in May, I assumed everything would go well, and they would be ready to start Dog daycare immediately. I got a call two hours later from Raegan, the trainer, telling me they pulled them from camp because they were so afraid, but that she wanted to help.... read more
I am always extremely pleased with leaving my dogs at Camp Bow Wow St. Charles! The live cameras definitely show me how happy my pups are while being boarded & playing with the other dogs! It is truly wonderful to be able to take a vacation knowing they are well taken care of!
Camp Bow Wow had been great for our pup! Everyone there knows him well and is very caring. He loves going there!

I should have written this review years ago! This place has a high turnover rate of staff (or at least used to). A very good friend (now a vet tech) of mine who used to work here around the time they opened, had told the manager/owner (Daytheon) multiple times that other staff were not giving certain pets their correct medication, even SWAPPING some of the medication.
