We’ve been sending our puppy to camp bow wow a few times a week for the last several months and he absolutely loves it there! You can tell the staff love what they do. You’re able to have them give your pup baths which is helpful and they do offer boating as well which we haven’t needed. The hours are great and allow us to drop off/pick up pretty early and late.
Amazing service and care for our dog as always! Can’t recommend enough!
I am so disappointed.... I did a full day and monitored my dog throughout the day. I noticed I hadn't seen him at all in the morning at 9:44 I called and asked why he wasnt out. They said they were "rotating dogs" and was on a break and would be back out in 10min. (This was a lie as I saw the same dogs in the yard all day) Not only was 10min a lie it wasnt for 50min until they let him back in with the other dogs. As a loyal customer of Camp Bow Wow for several years, I can say without hesitation the camp counselors are phenomenal. They are consistently kind, attentive and wonderful with the dogs. However, there is a high rate of turn over. A couple of the counselors opened up to me about management. How they treat the counselors poorly, are extremely greedy, overcharge and don’t pay the counselors a reasonable amount. Miss Daisy Mae love’s boarding and Camp Activities-!! I love the puppy cams, email updates, and pictures of Daisy so I can rest assured my sweet furbaby is having a wonderful time while I’m on vacation having a wonderful time! The Camp Counselors are great with the pups! Daisy loves being able to bring her own bed, toys, blanket, and bottles of water so she feels at home when she retreats to her cabin for her meal breaks and bedtime.
