My dog was safe and happy during her boarding. Caring staff.
I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Longmont for any Dog boarding and grooming needs. Our small Corgi mix (Jambi) stayed at the Camp for 5 nights boarding during the week of Thanksgiving, and we love how we could watch her on the webcams during playtime. We opted to give her the "snuggle time" and bath add-ons as well. By the time we picked her up from Camp, she was fresh and happy that she got to make new friends. If I could give zero stars, I would. We boarded our dogs here and added grooming to their stay. During her bath, one of our dogs tried to jump out of the tub. The staff member turned away, and our dog caught her toenail on the drain, causing it to tear and bleed. I received a call around 7 p.m. letting me know about the injury. The employee said it didn’t look bad and that they were “treating it,” but would check with her manager. After sending a photo, she called back and said they both agreed our dog was fine. Service is always excellent. However, these days prices have almost doubled from previous years. It's actually caused us to shorten our vacations.
The employees are amazing. They are always kind and helpful. The dogs get along well and my dog seems so happy there. Its organized and a great place to be! Also very clean!
