If I could give zero stars, I would. We boarded our dogs here and added grooming to their stay. During her bath, one of our dogs tried to jump out of the tub. The staff member turned away, and our dog caught her toenail on the drain, causing it to tear and bleed. I received a call around 7 p.m. letting me know about the injury. Service is always excellent. However, these days prices have almost doubled from previous years. It's actually caused us to shorten our vacations.
The employees are amazing. They are always kind and helpful. The dogs get along well and my dog seems so happy there. Its organized and a great place to be! Also very clean!
I can't say enough about the staff at Camp Bow Wow in Longmont. I've been taking my dog, Sonny, there for over a year now and he gets so excited when I ask him, "do you want to go see your friends" and he yowls in anticipation beyond the entry gate to get in. He has separation anxiety so I can't just leave him with anyone, but he loves it there. The staff always welcome Sonny when we arrive and are very accommodating and have helped me out in a few binds with my chaotic work schedule. Thank you CBW!
