My pup is always excited to go to Camp Bow Wow. Everyone there is a dog lover and welcomes us with enthusiasm. So glad they are there for us.
I bought 20 days day care service here but been only there for 2 days and our work schedule changes and it doesn’t work with dropping off and picking up so I call them to cancel and and get a refund. But I was told that I can’t get refund because the package I bought can’t be refund it has to stay on the account like that. The thing is I didn’t see any refunds policy and was not told that I couldn’t get refund if it’s cancel.
They took our dog back for 10 minutes, including her to 4 or 5 different dogs, one after another and then brought her back to us and said she bared her teeth at the dogs. She has never done this. Her normal day care says she is shy and timid. Staff didn't take the time to work with her to make her comfortable.
We’ve been using Camp Bow Wow for several years and have had a positive experience. Our dog is always excited to go to daycare and we have used the boarding services for several long trips. Staff is friendly and I’ve never worried about leaving our dog in their care.
Elsa Lee loves her play time with all the other fur babies. It takes a special group of people to care for all the barking, jumping, licking, and potty clean ups. Thank you Camp Bow Wow Longmont.
