Do not recommend their groomer Allie. She de-shed my dog after I explicitly wrote on papers not to do that. She barely cut her hair at all, I have been finding mats for weeks since she was groomed. I paid $115 for a groom only to already have to groom her again or cut her hair myself a couple weeks later.
My pups love this place! They are always happy and tired when I pick them up.
I just left my dog here for one day, and then he came back home with a strong urine smell! My husband made such a stupid choice of this place ! It was just for one day. some times my dog disappeared for a long time in the video，it wasn't breakfast or dinner time, nor was it sleep time! Even during meal and sleep times, there should be monitoring for the dog owner to check! The dog's toilet and sleeping area or some other corners were not monitored. They don't want us to see it!
We boarded our 2 pets while on vacation and were so happy that we could see how much fun our doggies had! Play all day and sleep all night! They got a bath before we picked them up and they looked and smelled great. Will definitely use Camp Bow Wow again. It’s so much better than sitting in a kennel.
The Northland team is amazing!!! We have 3 fur babies with wild personalities and this crew takes the best care of our trio. Camp Bow Wow Northland is a stellar facility with some of the world's best humans taking phenomenal care of all the fur babies under their roof. We are so grateful for their dedication to excellence!!!! Keep up the great work and can't wait to see ypu all again!!!
