Super friendly staff and clean facility. Mo did a great job on my dog Willows first grooming appt. Melissa was super helpful getting her appt all set up and when I picked my dog up.
Don't trust anything they say! They tell you what you want to hear. They want your money and your loyalty but they don't treat your dogs nicely when bathing, drying, or brushing them. Drowning them in pressurized water, blowing air directly in their face and ears, ripping at mats on their face while you're in the lobby waiting for them just so they look like they were taken care of. Very disappointed in the Camp Bow Wow Aurora. I will NEVER leave my dogs under their care again. Along with what is listed below, I have reached out SEVERAL times to communicate with them about what happened, and they NEVER got back to me. Terrible management and absolutely no concern or sympathy from them. DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE. My husband and I boarded our three dogs at Camp Bow Wow Aurora’s facility October 21-24th.
