They are awesome and helped my very high energy puppy find the right playgroup! He loves it there.
I would not recommend this location. The location in Centennial is where I usually bring my dog and I’ve never had any problems. I brought my dog here about a year ago because I wanted to do some shopping in Fort Collins and the girls at the front seemed incompetent and inexperienced. They were rude and I was personally offended by their comments about my dog. They seemed to have a bias against pit bulls, as I have a pocket bully, which is why I would never trust them with my dog even though she passed their little “intervie... read more
Set and confirmed an intake interview for 3:30 pm. I showed up 5 minutes early with my paperwork ready. Waited 15 minutes and was told that there are no interviews so late in the day. When I showed my confirmation for the intake interview the woman at the desk acted annoyed and handed me all new paperwork to fill in.
