Another successful wknd of having 2 dogs at Camp Bow Wow while my daughter and I were out of town. I feel good about leaving them there bc I can check in on them most of the time via playroom cameras. Only thing I’ve wished for through the years is having full hours on Sunday for pick-up; being closed from 11am -4pm leaves me downtime as I await the 4pm hour to get my babies
I know when I take my boy for day care or boarding that he will receive attention and great care there. He looks forward to his visits, and they send me photos occasionally of his interactions with staff or the other dogs. I love their focus on safety, and the web cams are a terrific feature that I can use any time to see how my pup is doing. They give me peace of mind!
Decided to try this place based on reviews, but had a very disappointing experience. After contacting them, I found out the groomer was still in training. When I requested an experienced groomer (which is reasonable for a first visit), I was told they don’t have one available and that I could “look somewhere else.” Very unprofessional and dismissive. Not the way to treat potential customers. Would not recommend.
