My two dogs love going to Camp Bow Wow. They always have a wonderful time interacting with the other dogs and staff members there. Having the ability to watch them on the cameras provides peace of mind, and assures us that they are safe and happy during their times there! All of the staff members are lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this location to anyone!
The Bridgeport staff is wonderful and my pup enjoys his time there. However he has contracted kennel cough and Giardia 2x. The facility does not require a negative fecal test for dogs participating in play, boarding, or trial periods, which facilitates the spread of the parasite. I hope this review brings attention to this issue and prompts the facility to implement a requirement for recent negative fecal samples and to notify pet owners when other dogs exhibit diarrhea or other illness. I love Camp Bow Wow. The staff is caring, attentive, and organized. My dog comes home happy and healthy. Couldn't ask for more.
