Five stars for Camp Bow Wow!! We take our dog Luna here almost every Saturday and she always comes back a happy camper!! Highly recommend taking your dog here with their friendly staff, attention to the dogs they care for, and the overall happy and positive vibe there- you can’t go wrong!! 😀
Absolutely would not trust this place with my dog. A friend’s dog was hit by a staff member and while that person was fired, the owner was never told it happened. Imagine paying for “care” and not even being informed when your dog is harmed. She found out through mutuals. (Can provide video evidence) On top of that, their pricing is all over the place. I was just wondering what happened with the employee that hit a 4 month old puppy in the face (unprovoked) over the weekend of July 18th 2025, after she simply knocked over a water bowl? Did anyone from your "management" team reach out to that family to apologize? Our pup loves going to camp. She can be anxious so I was struggling with the decision to overnight her but she completely loved it. Runs in every time we drop her off. Staff are considerate and able to answer all of my questions, and we appreciate watching the cameras.
