When I picked my dog up, my dog and his doggy bed I left with them was covered in dog poop. My dog hasn’t had an accident in the home since he was a puppy and we’ve stayed at other Camp Bow Wow locations and never had anything like this happen before. Staff didn’t even attempt to clean my dog, offer a bath, or clean the dog bed. I had to take my dog home, clean him up, clean up my back seat of my car, and wash the dog bed. Worst experience ever.
This camp Bow Wow has the best people working there! My dog just loves to go there. Christina is so funny. Everyone there is so friendly.
Amber and her team are the most wonderful animal people around! We’ve always been treated with great enthusiasm and excitement. We always leave with a tired, very happy dog. The team communicates really well and we are always satisfied with the service we receive! Thanks you Amber!
