We needed a place to keep our dog for the day. We don't live in Colo but since this is a chain we were able to work with a local Camp Bow Bow to get our dog evaluated. The people in Aurora were very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in on our dog via a webcam, which is a nice touch.

The staff there are incompetent. My 15 pound dog was with much larger dogs that were easily 4xs his size and weight. It seemed that they just had most of the dogs in the one “play area”. I checked in to see what my dog was doing and noticed that a few bigger dogs were nipping at him and I could tell he was getting frustrated and kept trying to hide and run away. I would give this place a zero. The manager Kristina will just hang up on you and argue that you are wrong. I hope the owner sees this review

It's a great option for dog-boarding as the pooches get to play a lot together and retire in cabins rather than crates. And the staff in Aurora are super-caring and accommodating. Couldn't get much better, if you have to leave your dog! Dave M., Denver

Willie was returning after a long absence. He had a great day during his interview and passed with flying colors. They were great with him and he's a little timid.
