My friend took his dog to this facility and it has been an absolute nightmare. They failed to inform him that other dogs there had kennel cough. As a result, his dog contracted it and it quickly developed into pneumonia. He is now fighting for his life. To make matters worse, the staff has completely ignored my friend’s attempts to reach them—no calls back, no responses, nothing. My dog got kennel cough. The failed to inform me even though the first lead employee admitted several other dogs got kennel cough there. Had I been informed sooner I could have take him to my vet but I ended up at an emergency vet . My once very healthy happy dog is literally fighting for his life. I also now have to worry about my senior dog getting this. Extremely negligent. They should be informing every single person who has taken their dog there. They should be shut down!!
