Prices they quote you on line are lower than what you would pay because “their website has not been updated”. Pure rip off.
Customer services and communication was key and they provided it all and went above and beyond. My dog had a great time it was hard for me to get me to leave. It looks like they run a tight ship over there but throughout the whole were very transparent. Couldn’t ask for me.
My dog loves this place! Practically jumps out of the window when we pull into the parking lot! The staff definitely loves what they do and it shows! The pups get the best care!!
We love Camp Bow Wow! The staff always keeps us informed about Kingston’s day and provides amazing customer service. You can truly tell they care about the dogs’ health, safety, and environment. We even trusted them to board Kingston for a few days during onboarding, and they sent us pictures and updates on his activities and behavior, which gave us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend to any dog parent!
Camp Bow Wow is fantastic! I drop my boy off at 6:30 am and know that he is safe and well taken care of and having a blast! I check in with the camera on the app throughout the day and love the special activities they do with him. Highly recommend!!
