We were warmly greeted upon arrival. Actually, our two dogs were warmly greeted by name upon arrival. All of the staff have gotten to know them and treat them with the same love and care we do. Thanks

My dog has been going to Bow Wow on Stone Oak since fall 2022. He is always excited once he sees the building! In my opinion, the staff go beyond their duties. It’s hard to explain, but it’s like they take upon each owner’s love for their specific pet & the dogs sense it! Whether my dog is there for daycare and/or boarding, I have confidence that Charlie is in safe, caring hands/environment. I highly recommend this Bow Wow location for anyone who is seeking a reputable, safe haven for their “furry child”!
Bailey is aging so one day doggy care is perfect. If I need her nails trimmed or if she needs a bath, she has been well cared for.
