I was really nervous taking my dog to another place being I had such a bad experience with another facility, but I took my 4 month old puppy and watched him on camera which is great, and I had so many questions and all the people that worked their was very nice to answer all of them, I truly can say this is my doggies new place to stay and play # Jagger :)
CBW has been a blessing to me over the last 10 years! Somehow any dog I have becomes a 'mama's dog'. So having a trusted and safe place for my fur babies is awesome. Staff is wonderful, cheerful, and cordial. I cherish the dependability that my pup will be happy & tired when I gather her after her time with ya'll !!
1st visit. Was there for grooming. From check in to pick up the experience was professional and stress free. Madison, the groomer, did a wonderful job on my little deaf Shitzu. Being deaf he spooks easily and isn’t always easy to handle. She must have a magic touch because they told me he did well. He was calm and happy when I picked him up. Would recommend them without hesitation.
Sammy loves hanging with her pup friends at Camp Bow Wow. Now that I’m at home more, she goes less frequently. One thing that impresses me is that the staff always call her by name (and are excited to see her) even when it’s been a bit of time from her last visit with them. That level of attention keeps us coming back!
