This place used to be great. I won't be back.
We are so thankful to Reno South Camp Bow Wow for always taking such good care of our pups!! We wouldn't trust their care to anyone else! The staff are very engaged in giving them very creative and fun activities to enjoy! I know the staff are caring and always have the best interest of the dogs in mind! So I have a huge peace of mind leaving them in good hands!
Update: After 14 business days without the promised call, the owner finally reached out via written message. They claimed to be unaware of the issue, despite prior communication, and stated they value transparency—yet refused further dialogue due to my review. It’s disappointing that the focus was on my feedback rather than resolving the concern. I have been taking my dog Sir Barkley to Camp Bow Wow for over 4 years and I can’t say enough about how great the staff is and ownership as well. Sir Barkley’s wags his tail 100 mph when he arrives for his play dates and overnight boarding
I love this place, but more importantly, my dog loves this place. He gets to play and run around and be a menace all day, then comes home nice and tired. They make my life so much easier knowing my pup is getting valuable socialization and playtime with other well-behaved dogs! I miss when they opened at 8 on the weekends though.
