They were very accommodating for our last minute plans. No dog boarding facility in Reno was as friendly as Camp Bow Wow. I recommend them highly and our baby was well taken care of.
Theo really likes Camp Bow Wow and made a few new friends on his last visit. He really likes the staff who are always around. He also likes following staff around because he’s a construction worksite dog most days and very curious about what people are doing.
Ozzy had a very good time at his first day of doggies day care, Very clean play rooms and friendly staff. Love the video cameras to watch the dogs at play!
The manager is rude condensing. It’s more important for her to prove her point than provide customer service. The owner and groomer seem very nice. But the manager wow not a professional simply just rude.
Our dog loves going to Camp.
