Very polite, easy to make appts and the drop off and pick up is as quick or long as you want it. They seem to be very quick at picking up and making sure the dog areas are clean. They also sent update photos throughout the dogs stay.
Crowded yard and concrete pavement. Preferential treatment to aggressive dogs if they’ve been there a while. Scapegoating. They may write your dog up instead of the perpetrator if the attendant failed to do their job. I strongly advise against this place.
First time at this Cam Bow Wow location. They were perfect. We were in town and needed an all day play spot while visiting friends. Our plans evolved and it made more sense to board the doggos while in town. The team were very accomodating and adapted on the spot to modify our reservation. And...they were gracious. All this went down while they were adjusting to a localized one block power outage. Thank you! Special shout out to Hailey.
Great staff, clean and good play spaces.
My 13 year old Jack Russell really seems to enjoy spending time at Camp Bow Wow.
