Camp Bow Wow Matthews and all of the staff there are absolutely incredible! I was in Charlotte for six weeks of work/training, and I took my two dogs (ages 12 & 2) to daycare at Camp Bow Wow every M-F while I was there, all six weeks. They took such great care of my girls, and the facilities were really awesome too—very clean and with multiple group play rooms/areas. This was my puppy’s second visit toe CBW. She seemed to have a really good time (I was able to check in on her anytime with their remote feed). Caregivers were attentive and appeared to enjoy their work- which is very important to me. I will definitely take her back.
Casey, our Airedale Terrier, loves going twice a week. He starts "Grumbling" when we turn into the complex. He is ready for a day of play. Everyone is always glad to see him and he gets lots of hugs from counselors on the way to a romp with his friends.
Friendly and attentive front desk staff. Clean facility. My dog comes home happy!
My dog Easton loves it here! I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!
