If I could give no stars I would….. After pur first experience at this location, we thought to have our pup board at this location for 4 days and 3 nights in our most recent vacation. Upon pick up the front desk told us the wrong price for the stay, and was reluctant to adjust the price to the correct amount as there were other people in the lobby. Once our pup came out, they forgot her extra food to give back, once they did, it was the wrong food, and in one bag vs the three extra bags that we should have gotten back. I ask... read more
Always take great care of my pups! Can’t even say camp bow wow in my house if not the pups go crazy! I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Camp Bow Wow Matthews and all of the staff there are absolutely incredible! I was in Charlotte for six weeks of work/training, and I took my two dogs (ages 12 & 2) to daycare at Camp Bow Wow every M-F while I was there, all six weeks. They took such great care of my girls, and the facilities were really awesome too—very clean and with multiple group play rooms/areas.
