Terrible service. Cameras never load in the app. When they do, the yards look terrible. There is always poop in the outside yard, even with dogs laying outside!!! I’ve also seen hoses on the ground while dogs are around, which poses a tangling hazard. Wish there was a feature in the app where you could report a screenshot of the cameras for this sort of thing. Love it.
I started taking Ares here for training about a month ago. His trainer Jaimie is wonderful!! Book her. But you may want to choose another option other than taking your fur baby to Camp Bow Wow. When I paid for his training, I gave them his shot records. Everything was fine. Today we went for his 3rd session of training. And all of a sudden, he doesn't have all the shots & vaccinations that he needs. Initially, I was told they couldn't find his records. But today, he didn't have the proper records. My dog loves to go to daycare and boarding! Staff are super friendly and takes care of the dogs! Pricing is good & offers lots of enrichment
