Very friendly staff and my dogs loved their first visit. I have purchased a package so that they can visit when they need a break from Mom.
Terrible service. Cameras never load in the app. When they do, the yards look terrible. There is always poop in the outside yard, even with dogs laying outside!!! I’ve also seen hoses on the ground while dogs are around, which poses a tangling hazard. Wish there was a feature in the app where you could report a screenshot of the cameras for this sort of thing.
