We had a last minute change before a vacation, and a friend was able to bring our dog over for 2 weeks. They were very helpful with the transfer and were very understanding with our situation. I know the indoor part is not ideal, especially for a long term boarding...but whenever I peeked at the cameras the dogs looked happy and engaged (my own dog demanded her regular petting time and got it lol). Thanks so much for caring for our dogs!
I have been using Camp Bow Wow for roughly 5 years. They have always been wonderful with my French Bulldog Quinn. After my other dog Bo, passed away, the staff not only sent me a condolence card, but the also sent me a picture they had taken of him. The staff did not have to do that, but that simple act shows the care and love this staff has for the dogs that come through those doors.
Our dog loves going to Camp BowWow! When we will pull up, his tail is wagging and he runs to the door. The “camp counselors” are all friendly and clearly have a love of dogs. The facility is clean. I appreciate that I can arrange a bath for our dog while he is at daycare. Great place to take your pup!
Lovely kind staff who love dogs!
I've been boarding my dog at this location for a few years now, and they get the highest marks for integrity and transparency. The cameras available are a plus, but what sets them apart is how much they communicate. Only one time over the years, my dog was bit by another dog while staying there. It wasn't bad, and I understand that this can happen. And while it was stressful, the staff at this location immediately documented and washed the wound, and called me.
