The staff clearly care for the dogs they deal with. They greet my dog by name whenever I drop him off and he is very enthusiastic about going with them. He loves the attention he gets, especially when they dress him in costumes!
A great experience as always. We’ve been boarding our dog at Camp Bow Wow for close to 2 years now and our dog is always happy wagging his tail when we come to pick him up. Total different experience from when we would pick him up from his old vet boarding. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for boarding your pet when on vacay and even long stay vacay. We take our sweet lab Cue Tee to Camp Bow Wow Sugarland location about 2-3 time a month for doggy day care just to give her some socialization with other dogs. She loves going. She gets so excited when I mention the word camp. They are very good with the dogs. I love being able to watch them on camera. I thought I had found something good with this place--a way to let my puppy get some energy out while I was at work, under constant supervision. Unfortunately the staff training wasn't adequate, and they failed to recognize a dangerous situation with my dog as it developed. The dogs in those play rooms are mostly left to their own devices to bark and bounce off the walls. The staff do nothing to diffuse dangerous tension building between dogs. My Leo loves to be at Camp Bow Wow! The staff is attentive and caring. The facility is clean and safe. The price is affordable for all their services. My boy comes home happy everytime! I highly recommend it!
