Everyone is super nice to the doggies and their humans. My 2 doggies love to go here.
We have a bulldog named Sam who loves people but isn’t as comfortable around other dogs, especially if they have high energy. He doesn’t bite or attack, but he barks and becomes increasingly uncomfortable and agitated. We usually limit our travel because we were unable to find anywhere that help ensure he is comfortable and instead would keep him in the kennel. I just used this Camp Bow Wow location to board my dog for 2 weeks while I was in the UK. The staff was super friendly and patiently answered all my questions in the weeks leading up to the boarding. I received several e-mails from the staff during the boarding giving me updates with pictures which was fantastic! It really set my mind at ease. I also loved viewing my pooch using the cameras they have in the play areas. I have nothing but good things to say about the new management. Keep up the great work!
Always helpful and friendly staff! We use for multiple day vacations. Our dogs go in happy and come home tired and happy :)
