I need to start with a preface to my review. I adopted my Scruffles through OFOSA in Hillsboro, Oregon in July 2023. Part of the adoption kit included a free day at Camp Bow Wow. I took her to the one in Hillsboro off Cornelius Pass. I left a review on that unpleasant experience, and the owner at that time NEVER reached out to me to address my concerns.
