My puppy loves going to Camp Bow Wow. As soon as we pull up, she can hardly contain herself from her excitement. We have experienced their services with day care, boarding, and most recently for grooming. They have provided excellent care in all categories. While boarding, my puppy had to have medicine administered. They reached out with updates daily making this dog mom feel more at ease. Our most recent experience was with grooming. As a first-time customer at Camp Bow Wow, I couldn’t be more impressed with the grooming services provided for my dog. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome, and it was clear they genuinely care about the well-being of every pet they handle. Once I spoke with a manager about a concern, I was very pleased with the way she handled the situation. All the staff is very nice and friendly and were great with my dogs! I had a blast watching them on the cams! It also brought me peace of mind to see employees monitoring the dogs to make sure of no serious fights etc. I would highly recommend to others. Thank you!
