Unhappy with the service. Took him in for a consultation and the staff wasn't even willing to listen to our advice to help out. Dog was a little nervous because it's all new but it's obvious that the staff doesn't know how to handle large breeds. Tried to talk to owner but she/he wasn't there and decided not to talk to us on the phone. We told him he just needs a little time and do a walk through to see his sleeping area and see other dogs playing. They can't handle big dogs. They didn't even try. You'd think they know what they're doing but they DO NOT. We take our dog everywhere even grooming at different pet smarts they know that new dogs will bark at first because they're nervous as they don't know the place. But this place shut the interview in less than 10 mins. Decided not continue just because they are scared of a barking dog. Owner and manager won't even consider what we were telling them.
Great place for our pups! They absolutely love it. The trainers are great. It is seriously their second home. They know exactly where we’re going as soon as we turn the corner. They would be there every day if they could! Bailey and Kailey are wonderful with communication and are very sweet with our pups!
I just picked up my two Pugs from Camp Bow Wow for daycare today. They had so much fun and now are exhausted. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. They are very professional and you will not have to worry about your pets! With summer not far away, I recommend Camp Bow Wow for a worry-free experience. Also, thank you to all the ladies (Bailey, Kallie, Madison, Hayden, Elizabeth, Susie, Lizz, Hillary and Katelyn) that work there; you are awesome!
We love Camp Bow Wow North Phoenix! They keep my pup safe and happy all day! It is such a relief knowing that my girl is being cared for and loved on while I’m away at work. I also love that I can check in on her while she’s playing in the yards using their app/cameras.
