NEVER COME HERE!!! wish I could take away by giving them negative stars… Camp Bow Wow North Phoenix is a TERRIBLE place to bring your dog! They entice you into their business by “first day free”, saying things like “we love dogs here, so we’d be happy to have her!” & “watch your pup on the kennel cameras” (sounds pretty beneficial right? Was able to take my dog into daycare at the last minute. He even stayed in a private area since he doesn't play well with other dogs. I will be using them agian.
This was our first time boarding our 3 Great Danes and we had the best experience! They stayed for 5 nights in total in the suite and I loved having the camera to check on them. It put me at ease, I was so nervous leaving them. The daycare is included in the boarding which was nice. Any requests or questions were done and answered immediately via text. We happily take our dogs all the way from Queen Creek to Camp Bow Wow North Phoenix because we know they are in the best of hands. We tell our friends and family the boys are at their resort. We loved that we could see them on the camp cams and see they were having the time of their lives. The staff is amazing, the best communication and gives our boys lots of love. Not to mention the facility is pristine. I feel 5 stars are not enough. Thanks so much David, Melissa and The Camp Bow Wow Staff!
We took our dog here to be boarded for the first time. We did the interview day beforehand and it went well. Love that you can watch the cameras and check on your fur baby throughout the day (and overnight in some rooms) Our dog was more interested in following the people vs. playing with the other dogs, but it was great socialization for him. We received photo updates throughout our trip and it helped ease some of our anxiety about having to leave our pup behind. Would totally book here again in the future.
