One service I have stopped getting from Camp Bow Wow is grooming. & I will suggest you explore other options. Within 2 weeks of my pup’s last 2 grooming visits, he has gotten an ear infection. The first of these 2 visits, he also got a UTI, since the hair was trimmed so close to his butt that he had an angry, red, raw butt & he wouldn’t stop licking his butt and then licking himself. We really only do the grooming because of my dog’s own issues, daycare/boarding was always too much for him. In the past, when we have done boarding and daycare with our dogs they loved going. I would mention Camp Bow Wow and they’d run to the door tail up, wagging like crazy. Staff were always very friendly and Alicia, the manager, is always very helpful and friendly and greets you when you come and go. Very clean and well run. The staff cares about my elderly dogs special needs and I like being able to see her online during her stay.

We always know that our boys are being taken care of by the best when they go to Camp Bow Wow in Hudsonville! The staff know them by name and love on them while we’re away! And we love being able to watch them on the webcams! 5 ⭐️, 10/10 recommend!
