Easy to use App to update immunizations & schedule an appointment for our dog Maple. She was totally happy but exhausted after her day stay!
For those that gave a 5-star review, I am glad your experience was great, however for my friend and her dog was awful. And this is a 2nd time awful. The first bad, we thought maybe it was a 1-time fluke, her was was nervous in a new place and didn't behave but the 2nd time the same thing. The dog was wet with urine, the smell was horrible. The dog was hungry and had only been feed once but had been for more than 12 hours. I tried not to do this review but Carly left me no choice. We use Camp Bow Wow everywhere but Shreveport is the only location where our fur baby has anxiety. We watched him on the camera and his tail is always down and tucked. This is a significant indication that he was afraid. The Shreveport facility is the only location that made me purchase a $13.00 collar when I dropped him off on June 21, 2025. The 4 times prior it wasn't requested. Can someone explain how this place gets 5 stars but leaves a pet unfed and soaked in urine? I will NOT be trusting them with my family member.
