I was a long-time customer of Camp Bow Wow Tampa and trusted them with my four doggies over the years. Unfortunately, after a couple of recent low customer service experiences, I no longer felt confident leaving my pups there. It’s disappointing because we had history with them, but consistency and communication matter — especially when it comes to our pets. I truly hope they improve, but for now, I’ve decided to look for another place.
I’ve used camp bow wow every time I leave town since moving here. They allowed me to tour the facility, and call me to update me on my dog during his stay. He absolutely loves going there and I always know he’s in good care even during extended stays!
I was recommended Camp Bow Wow by another pet parent and I am really glad I gave them a try. I have been using them now for about two years: daycare, boarding and grooming. They are excellent! My dog is always so excited to go in. The grooming services are excellent and she smells amazing for a whole week! Love love Camp Bow Wow and highly recommend them!
Trace and Wyatt whine with excitement as soon as we turn into the parking lot. They come home happily exhausted after each visit. The activities and cameras to watch them play are added bonuses. We appreciate the care and attention they receive from every camp counselor!
My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow! If I even say the words she starts jumping around and when we arrive she starts screaming with excitement, she's part husky! The staff are so friendly and I love being able to see my dog during the day on the cameras. Prices are great too!
