My dog is a rescue also and she is 8 years old and she doesn't care to roll around and play so using the web cams they provide I saw they had locked my dog in a small area by herself for over an hour so I called to ask why and the young girl said because my dog was unsociable, that is not professional in my opinion. I do not think the care givers there are trained or professional most of them seem to be under 30 years old and not sensitive to the needs of the dogs or owners.

He was still a little nervous when I left, but you can watch you dog at home from camera's that they have in the play yards, and he was walking around, playing with other dogs!! I brought him back again for daycare and he wasn't nervous at all this time. I'm definately going to keep bringing my dog here. Plus the place was so clea... read more
