It's so nice to have peace of mind knowing that my pup is in a safe, clean, controlled space while being monitored by a WONDERFUL staff of caretakers! I can check on my pup through the app, communication is easy, and their rates are affordable. Thank you!
As a doggy daycare, they're ok. I agree with another reviewer who said that they dont really give them enough attention. But we'll likely continue using them for that service. But for boarding, we won't be bringing our dog back. She spent an inordinate amount of time (beyond the 90 min post meal chill time) just locked in the suite, even when there were opportunities for her to play with the other dogs in the play area. My dog has been attending camp bow wow regularly for day care and boarding since 2019. Even as I travel with my job I try to pick cities with the camp bow wow franchise. We love it and they always love on him! Mid-City Nola is the best by far!!!!
Otto always enjoys his time at Camp Bow Wow- after he leaves, he’s always worn out ! 😀
