We really loved camp bow wow but our dog got kennel cough from here twice :( I don’t think he can come back here anymore after being so sick. It also sucks we never got a call that our dog had a cough or sickness. Pretty turned off by this. We had really loved camp bow wow. Might try the other location.
This is the best place ever for your dog. The staff is super friendly and I’ve always had great customer service. Any concern I’ve ever had has always been addressed quickly. I feel confident that my dog is safe when they are there. Having the cameras is also so fantastic
All of the staff were wonderful and ready to please the customers. My babies had a wonderful experience and will return.
I love Camp Bow Wow Mid-City. My pup has such a great time and I get to watch her play at day care on camera. Additionally day care is included in your pup’s over night stay which is not offered by many other establishments. My one complaint is she comes home smelling horrible. It is not a wet dog smell either, it’s urine. I’d rather pick up a wet dog that’s been hosed off than one that stinks of dog pee. Not sure what can be done about this, that’s my only gripe.
