Would give ZERO stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or your pups time
Camp Bow Wow North Raleigh is the best. Our pup Watson has been going to daycare for over a year now and loves hanging out with his camp friends. The staff are friendly to human and dog alike! We have been to other local facilities, but nothing compares to Camp Bow Wow. They keep the facility clean and tidy aka no weird "day care funk" smell. Their enrichments are always a hit. We did an interview day but it wasn't for us. All of the play rooms are super tiny (no room to really run or do much at all) and all of the dogs on camera were just at the wall barking and jumping to get out with one person standing in the room. They all seemed stressed and not having a good time. This worried me right away, that not one dog I could see seemed to be playing or enjoying their time. Saw another review on here state: "The people that work the are unethical, the treatment the dogs receive is sub par" This could not be further from the truth! The staff at Camp Bow treat our dog, Penny, like their own. For her overnight stays, they make sure to give her extra breaks throughout the day, so she does not get overwhelmed. All of the dogs get lots of pets throughout the day. The cameras provide extra comfort as well. Penny looks forward to her time at Camp every week!
