We did an interview day but it wasn't for us. All of the play rooms are super tiny (no room to really run or do much at all) and all of the dogs on camera were just at the wall barking and jumping to get out with one person standing in the room. They all seemed stressed and not having a good time. This worried me right away, that not one dog I could see seemed to be playing or enjoying their time. Saw another review on here state: "The people that work the are unethical, the treatment the dogs receive is sub par" This could not be further from the truth! The staff at Camp Bow treat our dog, Penny, like their own. For her overnight stays, they make sure to give her extra breaks throughout the day, so she does not get overwhelmed. All of the dogs get lots of pets throughout the day. The cameras provide extra comfort as well. Penny looks forward to her time at Camp every week!
Conveniently located close to home. Staff are great and build strong bonds with the dogs. Individual sessions are fulfilling. Grooming is outstanding as I am not able to clip nails but somehow they always seem to get this accomplished. I would recommend them to anyone!
The people that work the are unethical, the treatment the dogs receive is sub par, and there are alot of other places in North Raleigh that provide top notch service. If you think it's to good to be true, than it usually is.
