My fur baby Marhen, had a wonderful first day. My big boy was tired for 2 days after. We'll be back to visit it Camp Bow Wow.
My dog has stayed at other Camp Bow Wows regularly very recently in the Triangle and this location is by far the worst. The staff is unprofessional; I haven’t seen my dog on the live footage cams, even after keeping him there overnight for 5 days total over 2 different stays; and he has come home both times with more energy and hunger than he should. I don’t believe staff take adequate care of the animals, and the owners seem to shortchange staff and/or accept more dogs than the staff can handle leading to a worse experience... read more
The customer service is awesome from the front desk to the staff that care for my child. This location greet us with a smile and open arm.
