Have been charged out of pocket when I am eligible for CCS. Has been over a month and they are yet to resolve the issue. The same issue has occurred in last weeks statement. I get the same message everytime I call - we resubmitted your attendance waiting to hear back from Centrelink. I call Centrelink nothing has been submitted. Centrelink confirmed they have a special number for them to call and follow up on and they don't even do that. I am yet to get a response on my email and still waiting for the manager to call me back... read more

Very disappointed with Camp Australia. My account was set up for automatic direct debit, yet I was charged three times. They have claimed both over the phone and in writing that I made two manual payments on the weekend, which I strongly dispute. I have asked them to provide evidence of who authorised these payments, how they were made, and when. I expect a full refund and a proper investigation. If this matter is not resolved fairly, I will escalate it to the appropriate consumer authorities.

I dont wanna give single star to this company. They are Scammers who charge people under their So called hidden policy. I had missed one payment and I accept my fault, it just skipped from my mind and the amount was only $32 but when I checked my email and called them to pay over the phone, the amount they charged me is $95 which is seriously not acceptable. Upon asking why this much cost, they said- it is our policy. that's why now most of schools that i know they calling off the contract from them and hiring a new company... read more

Speaking to the the admin staff is just a nightmare, they are rude and have trouble understanding plain English. Due to the not so friendly staff caring for children, we no longer use this service. Childcare companies really need to be looked into, it’s all about money and not about the children.
