Individual staff at Camp Australia are wonderful, but otherwise this is a woeful service. The invoices are opaque and difficult to decipher; the activities the kids are supposed to be participating in—and for which you pay a premium—regularly fail to eventuate, or are poorly run or under-supplied; comms are constant and irritating, unless you want actual information, in which case, good luck to you. Very glad to no longer need to deal with Camp Australia!
