I called Joe asking for advice about my remote. I thought it was defective, but I was advised to change the 4 batteries in the receiver and see if that worked to sync the fireplace. The receiver had worked when I did it manually so I had thought the batteries must be good. Apparently they weren't. When I changed them...Hooray!!!! IT WORKED!! Joe's free advice saved me a lot of time and trouble. Thanks Joe, your help was much appreciated!!!

Called for an issue with my gas fireplace. Explained my issue, I was informed of a known issue with my brand of fireplace. He took the time and gave me some tricks to try, just letting you know it worked. Would highly recommend.
Super efficent!! Update,Joe came to replace our pilot light on our fireplace,He squeezed us in between appointments but he did a thorough job and our living room is cozy and warm again,thanks to new pilot light,new embers and Clean glass..I would highly recommend Joe!
