For the past 7 years my wife and I have been visiting Camms Road medical centre. We found Dr. Belinda to be kind and friendly. She listens carefully to understand our concerns and always puts our wellbeing first. We truely appreciate her kind approach and feel very well cared for. Highly recommend!
Dr Fakhra was amazing with our child gentle, and patient. She explained everything to us and to our little one in an age-appropriate way and made the whole visit stress-free. We felt informed and supported from start to finish.
I must say that it was such a great experience with Dr Fakhra Fazil. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and heard. She asked thoughtful questions, explained test results in plain English, and set out a step-by-step plan so I knew exactly what to do next. Stay away from this surgery at all costs. Dr Belinda Zhou is extremely rude and actually hung up on me in my telehealth when I was in the middle of speaking. I have never been so belittled by a doctor who when I would ask her questions, told me “how am I expected to know it’s not my job”, absolutely no bedside manner or compassion. I have also had a bad experience with Dr Fakhra Fazil who told me to just rest my broken arm as it was wonky when I got my cast off.
