Bob and crew have kept my older cars running well, I've had no disputes with ant of my visits. They have told me and shown me when they think the repair would be greater than I want to pay and explained why. It's nice to find an honest place to repair the car you want to keep.
Absolutely terrible experience! I had a problem with one of my cars not starting and I have heard good things about this place so I brought it here. I had put in a brand new part and they replaced it and charged me for it even after they knew it was new (not to mention they did not even check if it was the cause of the problem[i asked]). Then they threw in another part that they "guessed" would work and charged me 3 hours of labor for it. The best decision I ever made! My family has had our cars serviced there for over 15 years and has bought 4 cars from them. They are knowledge, courtesy and right on time. The staff is second to none and the owner, Bob, always has your best interest at heart.
