The team is incredibly kind, honest, and genuinely customer-focused. I brought in a pair of broken glasses, and instead of trying to sell me something new (which would have been the easy option), they took the time and care to see if they could repair my original pair. Although the glasses couldn’t be fixed in the end, they went above and beyond by recommending a website where I could reorder my exact frame. Excellent professional and friendly service from all the staff with a wide range of frames from which to choose makes it easy to keep regular appointments and helpful in times of crisis.
This is the second time I have popped in on passing for a glasses adjustment - both times service was very friendly and efficient, with this last time served by Jo. Only a small wait while she assisted someone else but she acknowledged my arrival and asked me if I could wait a short time. Glasses were adjusted perfectly the first go, and she also cleaned them. I offered to pay but there was no charge. Highly recommend.
