Horrible Service, I asked for forms to be filled out and they were not filled out properly and in a timely manner. Dr. Fahim is so disorganized, lazy, rude, and racist. Furthermore, Dr. Fahim did not even apologize for the mistake she made on my medical forms. This medical practice needs to learn how to properly fill out medical forms, as a result I will never return back to this office after this experience.
