I’m sorry this is my kids doctor office but I called two Saturdays in a row at 9am to schedule a sick visit and both times they are short staff with no appointment this is ridiculous they need to fix this.
My daughter is now 4 and has been seeing Dr. Brown since birth. It's always a pleasant experience from check in, visits, follow up. The entire staff has been great with her every visit.
