Been hear about a month and a half and so far my experience with the apartment has been very positive. The front office staff are nice and helpful and the maintainence guy Ray has been very prompt and kind and is very good at his job. I lived there for over 7 years. This last summer I was hospitalized for over 2 months and on life support for 8 days of that time. It became apparent that I would not be able to navigate my stairs. I requested an apartment on the ground floor and while I was given one, the rent went from $1308 to just under $1900. An increase of over $600 a month. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have been living here since 2021. First, I moved into a “renovated” apartment with “new” appliances but on my move-in date, they told me that they would still need to fix a few things and update some appliances. But they kept my move-in date as planned and told me that maintenance would just fix the things in a week’s time. A year went by and those promises weren’t kept. Management team is AMAZING!!!! Recently moved in and had a great experience with Erika, Mario, Leslie and the whole team. Made my move in experience so easy and helped me out so much! So grateful for their hard work!
