I had to change my 2 star to 1. If I could afford legal aid I feel that there is a serious lawsuit against them. I am a teacher and not available to physically go in during office hours which seems to be the only way to get ahold of them. I have had plumbing issues in the past with low water in the toilet (among other things) of my “fully renovated” apartment. The toilet plumbing has never been addressed. Was a Pleasure living here for a couple years. Staff was always friendly and eager to help. Harley (property manager) was the absolute best!
Loved this place the first two years I lived here with my wife. However the new ownership from a year and a half ago has made this place go way downhill. New management is terrible especially that Harley, I will not be resigning another lease here. Steer far away it has really went downhill. Maintenance guys are awesome, but there is only so much they can do with poor management skills. It’s a shame this place is so convenient.
