Worst place to live. DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is ridiculously rude, they do not help you when there is an issue. They will make you jump through hoops and will still not help you. Over priced shoeboxes you live it just for you to get mistreated consistently by staff specifically Erika Jaurez Amaya, she should be fired, she was unreasonable, flat out rude and absolutely no help. 2025 Update: RATS, PEELING PAINT, WASPS, HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING ON PROPERTY OR IN THE TRASH COMPACTOR, NO PARKING, and STILL NO AC! All of these problems can be yours for the price of living at Prisma Apartments! Air conditioning has been out for two weeks and the office is ignoring all of our calls, mind you it’s 90+ degrees and our electric bill is increasing rapidly due to constant electric running. I lived here for a year and I can tell people to stay clear. It was SO EXPENSIVE!!! For a two bedroom apartment I paid more per month than I do my current three bedroom house. There were quite a few roaches in the kitchen and bathroom drains, leading to a lot of anxiety. I paid for trash service every single month (required) and got written up for leaving my trash where they said they would pick it up for service.
