If I could leave zero stars I would. This place has been nothing but the worst. Terrible, slow, and "forgetful" management has been a constant since we moved in 6 years ago. From the apartment being flooded several times to management losing important paperwork and forcing us to pay fees multiple times under threat of being evicted, mold constantly comes back despite them "fixing" it. Management is uncaring and unhelpful in every way. It's just a job for them and one they do poorly.
Living hear was a blast
My car was booted because of an “expired registration tag”. It was booted at 3:30am and would be towed at 3:30pm if I did not pay the $80 dollar fee. I have a valid car registration but have not received the tag. Nowhere on property does it state that the a valid tag has to be shown on the license plate. I had to get off of work and wait for the company to come out. After trying to call the company 5 times and being sent to their voicemail. Erica is a wonderful person I love her personality and how she likes to joke and she is very funny and nice to work with I’m blessed that we get to work on our new home with her
