Unprofessional conduct. I showed up for my appointment on March 28 and the office was closed. The receptionist said that she called me and left a voicemail on March 10th, but I have no record of a call from them in my phone's call history. At the very least, even if they had called me, without a response, they should have used a secondary contact message like email or text message.

I would give this dental office 0 stars if Google allowed it. We had a teeth cleaning appointment scheduled for 1 PM last Friday, but when we arrived, the office was completely closed. We called, and someone texted us back, claiming they were busy with another patient. However, the truth is, there was no one in the office at all—they didn’t even realize we were outside when we called. They recommended a RCT on a tooth when they did not have the equipment present to make the proper diagnosis. I went to a different office where a CBCT scan showed there was a crack in the root. A RCT would have been fruitless. The doctor had an opening in his schedule and they pushed to have it done right away. Juts a disappointing experience all around.
